👀Can you spot what’s wrong, wrong, wrong here?🥵Another tragedy, another fatality...Read the report: patch.com/new-jersey/longbranch/tinton-falls-teen-hits-bicyclist-remains-scene-no-charges-filed🥵The “teen” is not held responsible because he “stayed at the scene”, and “It appears to be an accident”.🥵Crash reporting almost always absolves the driver. And never mentions the conditions of the crash, which are truly to blame. #crashnotaccident This, and almost every other CRASH is preventable. 🥵The driver cannot always be to blame.
